Where can I park my vehicle and board the bus?
Each pickup city (Atlanta, Tallahassee, and Panama City Beach) has two designated pick up locations. For your convenience, these locations are public areas; therefore it is normally safe to park your vehicle overnight. Some locations have a paid secured parking area, which MardiGras-Bus is not responsible to pay for nor validate. Please visit the Itinerary page for your respective charter.

Are hotel accommodations included in the cost of the trip?
No. The MardiGras-Bus provides day trips to New Orleans and back to your place of origin. There is no need for hotel accommodations.

Will alcoholic beverages be permitted on the charter bus?
Yes. This is a BYOB luxury party bus. There will be no glass, or container without screw on lids permitted. This includes canned drinks. Please drink responsibly and respectfully. If any passenger becomes intoxicated to the point of being belligerent and disrespectful to any passengers and host(s), then that passenger will be removed from the bus and left in a safe location at their own expense. There will be no refund.

Will the charter bus have entertainment for the trip to and returning from New Orleans?
Yes, the bus will show movies via the on-board screens. In addition, music will be played via the speaker system. Concurrently, there will be give- a-ways and other games throughout the trip.

What if I lose my ticket? Can I still redeem my trip?
Yes, please bring a government issued identification card and your name will be cross-referenced in our databases before departure.

Are there on-board restrooms?
Yes, an on-board restroom is located at the rear of the charter bus.

What if I miss the bus?
If you miss the bus at the first pick-up location, you can meet the MardiGras-Bus at the second pick-up location. If you miss the MardiGras-Bus to return to your designated city, you become responsible for the return trip or you can stay the week (at your own expense) and pay a $100 non-refundable return trip fee to return to your designated city the following Sunday via the MardiGras-Bus.

Will my money be refunded if I miss the bus?
No. There will be no refunds. However you may choose a later trip of equal price and pay a non-refundable boarding fee of $60.

Will there be any stops along the way?
Yes, there will be bathroom and snack breaks along the way. During which time, each passenger will be able to freshen up for their day in New Orleans. Please visit the Itinerary page for your intended departure location and date.
